He boasts over 20 years of experience with international hotel groups, during which he has led teams toward excellence as a General Manager and appointed CEO. His pivotal role in the development of the ACCOR group in India demonstrates his ability to launch and lead ambitious projects. His experience with prestigious brands such as RAFFLES and Ritz Carlton in Singapore has further strengthened his high-level management expertise.
Focused on international relations, Hament is fluent in four languages, facilitating smooth communication across the Asian bloc and the Indian subcontinent. This linguistic skill, combined with his experience in multicultural exchanges, enables him to navigate effectively in various international environments and build strong relationships. Additionally, he stands out for his deep expertise in project management and finance, combining a methodical and strategic approach to ensure optimal results and rigorous resource management.
Since his semi-retirement in 2016, Hament has excelled in entrepreneurship. Based in Phuket, Thailand, he serves as a business facilitator for an international clientele, leveraging his expertise and network to help businesses thrive. Simultaneously, he has developed a chain of massage salons, achieving notable success and solidifying his reputation as a successful entrepreneur.
In his free time, Hament dedicates himself to international travel, scuba diving, and moments of reflection, often accompanied by a good novel and a fine aged Japanese whisky.
